Look what I made! 
This medallion was given to the turtles by the Ninja Tribunals during the Lost Episodes aka the fifth season. I'm not entirely sure about what it does. Protect them from the evil power? Or something to do with their inner spirits? Or enables them to reveal their avatar/animal spirits? Well.. when you can't get the facts right, you know what that means! Re-watching the whole season!
By the way, I have no real purpose in making this other than trying to make a replica ('cause I can't find any like this in good quality). And that's it.

EDIT: So apparently, it's actually an amulet, not a medallion. And I realized that the amulet didn't actually have the spinning spiral effect. It just glows. Well.. nevermind then. Just gonna leave this here
